Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
We only collect the data you give us: through the consultation form, the booking calendar, the investment memo form and the newsletter sign-up, or when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. We do not buy data about you from others, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only when needed, and only with:
- Providers who host this website and our email, under data processing agreements
- Our lawyers, notaries, accountants and banks, when they are needed for your investment
- Public authorities, such as the tax authorities or SEPBLAC, when the law requires it
Transfers outside Europe
Some providers, such as WhatsApp (Meta) or font and code delivery networks, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the data we hold about you (access)
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete (rectification)
- Delete your data when it is no longer needed (erasure)
- Limit how we use it, or object to its use (restriction and objection)
- Receive your data in a portable format (portability)
- Withdraw your consent, for example to our newsletter

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of your own country.
Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections and limited access. Identity documents and contracts are only seen by the people who need them for your investment.
Minimum age
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
