Who we are
This website is operated by Ayvan Group (“Ayvan”, “we”, “us”), a property investment business working in Marbella, Málaga, Spain. Ayvan finds, renovates and sells residential property together with investors.

Purpose of this website
This website explains how Ayvan works and how investors can take part in our projects. It is for information only. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation to invest in any financial instrument or property.
Ayvan works with private individual investors, each through their own contract, and does not make public offerings. The “shares” described on this website are units of €/$ 5,000 used to measure the capital an investor commits to a project; they are not company shares or securities and cannot be traded.
An investment with Ayvan is only made through a written contract signed by both parties, after we have verified the investor’s identity and the origin of the funds as required by law. Each contract sets out its own terms, which prevail over any information on this website.

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to damage it, interfere with its operation or try to gain unauthorised access to it. The forms on this website may only be used to send genuine enquiries.
Intellectual property
The Ayvan name and logo, the texts, the design of this website and the photographs and films of our projects belong to Ayvan or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use. Any other use, copying or reproduction requires our written permission.
