Why Marbella, in figures.
Prices, demand and neighbourhoods on the Costa del Sol, from public sources. It is the same data we use to decide where to buy.
A deep, international market.
Four numbers that explain why a well-renovated home in Marbella has buyers waiting for it.
Asking prices up about 30% in two and a half years.
From €4,233/m² in June 2023 to a record €5,485/m² in November 2025. Asking prices show what sellers want rather than what buyers pay, so we always check them against real sales and appraisals.

What it means for a renovation project
Averages mix finished homes with homes that need work. The margin in a renovation project sits in the gap between the two: buying below the average for the area, and selling a finished home that buyers compare with the best on the market. Rising prices help, but we never build a budget that depends on them.
Where we look.
Marbella runs for almost 30 kilometres along the coast, from San Pedro in the west to Cabopino in the east. Select an area to see its price level.
Buyers arrive from all over Europe, every week.
Málaga Airport is about 45 minutes from Marbella and handled almost 25 million passengers in 2024, about 83% of them on international flights.

Light, outdoor living and a home that is ready.
Many international buyers visit for a few days, see several homes and decide quickly. They pay for what they do not have to do themselves. That is the product we create.
