Sasan Rezazadeh

A property development and renovation company based in Málaga, founded in 2022 and run by its owner, Sasan Rezazadeh.

Sasan Rezazadeh trained as an electrical engineer and industrial economist at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Mälardalen University in Sweden. He is an entrepreneur who has founded and run companies in events, IT, beverages and taxi services.

For seven years he was vice-chair of the board of Taxi Stockholm. He has also served on the board of BA and has negotiated collective agreements on behalf of transport employers in Sweden.

Today he runs a construction company and an estate agency in Spain. On Ayvan projects, Property Flippers carries out the renovation and construction works under a written agreement, while Ayvan defines the project, manages the investor relationship and oversees budget, quality and timeline.
